Adventurous diving West-Flores, 5 or 7 days
In this area you will find some of the best diving spots in the world. The marine life is excellent and varieted with all kinds of coral. You will meet plentiful schools of colorful fishes and a great variety of turtles, marine mammals including dolphins. The islands are picturesque with extensive white beaches and breathtaking views. A visit to the Komodo dragons makes your adventure complete!Day 1
Transfer airport - Labuan Bajo. You stay either in a comfortable room with a lovely view on the garden and swimming pool or in a hill top hotel with sea view.
Day 2 - 4 or 2 - 6
3 or 5 days diving. You will make two dives a day. One of the dives will be combined with a visit to the Komodo National Park.
Day 5 or 7
Transfer Labuan Bajo - airport.
Our favourite dive sites in West- Flores
Gili Lawa Laut offers schools of fusiliers of every variety. In the shallows among the layers of colorful table corals, thousands of golden anthias play with the well camouflaged scorpion fish and octopus.
Gili Banta has some of the most amazing dive sites to be found anywhere in the world. Cliffs with beautiful colors of coral covering the walls like wallpaper.
Sabolon has two sea mounds with fields of garden eels, sea pens and schools of bat fish. Steep slopes with fabulous coral and a good chance of spotting leaf scorpion fish, crocodile fish and white tips.
Tetawa Kecil is among one of the many world class sites in the Komodo National Park.
Tetawa Besar is a long slope with an orange soft coral garden changing to hard coral. Lots of rainbow runners, Hawksbill turtles and black tip reef sharks.
Batu Bolong is an amazing sight to see. A small rock outcrop with a hole through it.
Batu Tiga Three huge rocks offer the chance to see everything from tiny sea horses to Mantas or sharks.
Komodo Red Beach Coral slope of 24 meters. Colorful shallows with many varieties of nudibranchs.
