    Lombok on foot, incl. Rinjani volcano, 9 days Welcome to an idyllic and tranquil paradise! Lombok is famous for its beaches, but it has so much more to offer; it's the perfect destination for making fabulous treks. During the walks you get to know the traditional Sasak culture and its warm-hearted people. You will be overwhelmed by its natural beauty and ancient folk beliefs. Let us take you on a tour through unspoiled Lombok and up the mythical Mount Rinjani.

Day 1 Senggigi
Comfortable beachfront hotel.

Day 2 Senggigi, half- day walk
Trek through the hills with stunning views.

Day 3 Senaru, day walk
Climb to a buddhist temple with great views. Make a beautiful walk to a waterfall. Stay at the foot of Mt Rinjani.

Day 4, 5 and 6 Rinjani Trekking

Day 4
Information at the Rinjani Trek Centre. Climb to the craterrim (2641m). Camp at the rim.

Day 5
Climb down the craterrim to the lake. Bathe in hotwatersprings. Camp at the lake.

Day 6
Climb back to the rim and descent in 7 hours to Sembalun. Stay in nice simple hotel.

Day 7 Tetebatu
Visit weaving villages and enjoy traditional lunch. Stay in mountainvillage

Day 8 Senggigi
Nice walk through rice- and tobacco fields. Back to Senggigi.

Day 9
Transfer to the airport.
